Joe is a music supervisor in 45RPM’s Commercial and Interactive department who has extensive experience in music sourcing/ commissioning, talent procurement, music licensing, rights negotiation, and business affairs across advertising and feature films.

Before joining 45RPM he had 10+ years experience working with leading global brands, creative agencies and film studios, including Nike, Burberry, Sky, W+K, Uncommon, adam&eveDDB, Searchlight, Lionsgate, and Focus Features. Passionate about talent development, Joe has also mentored young adults into the creative industry and co-managed Alt-Pop artist Amie Blu between 2022–2024.
