Music Coordinator

IMDb

Keana’s career in music supervision kicked off when she landed an internship with Netflix to work on hit show Top Boy. Working closely with the music team over two seasons, Keana stamped her mark on the show's soundtrack by placing the track ‘BTD' by South London producer Emil featuring rapper Knucks - who, shortly after the show aired, went on to score his first Top 3 UK album.

Keana went on to build her career as an assistant music supervisor and music researcher on projects such as Disney+’s A Thousand Blows and most recently the NBA sports documentary Origin: The Story of Basketball League Africa, which features Barack Obama, J. Cole and Steph Curry.

Before joining 45RPM, Keana worked as a radio producer at the BBC for seven years leading and curating specialist music programmes across Radio 1 and 1Xtra, and spent a prior two years as Head of Radio Production at legendary pirate radio station Rinse FM.
