Lauren Wilson is an award-winning Music Supervisor with 12 years’ experience across Advertising, Video Games, TV and Film.

Starting out in ads, Lauren worked on global campaigns for adidas, Mango, ASOS and Google. In 2018 she branched out into video games, supervising the soundtrack for Pro Evolution Soccer for 5 years. 

Since joining the music supervision team at 45 RPM in 2023, Lauren has music supervised TV shows and feature films including cutting edge BBC thriller Reunion, Paramount Plus’s comedy drama The Road Trip, Calif Chong’s feature High Wire, which premieres this autumn at the BFI London Film Festival, and long standing BBC drama Waterloo Road. She was also the On Camera Co-Music Supervisor for the upcoming series of Bridgerton for Netflix.

Lauren is currently music supervising the new series of Channel 4’s hit comedy Big Mood, starring Nicola Coughlan, and Channel 4’s upcoming film A Christmas Miracle, produced by Big Talk.

Her film and TV music co-ordinator credits include Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen for Netflix, Amy Winehouse biopic Back To Black, The Assassin which was the number one streamed show on Amazon Prime in the summer, and Stephen Merchant’s BBC comedy series The Outlaws.

Lauren is also a drummer and has played in bands for the last 20yrs+, including most recently Our Girl who are signed to Bella Union and released their John Parish produced second record in November 2024.
